The garden space stands out with ample room for events. A stylish restaurant provided a decent culinary experience.
Basic amenities are markedly lacking. No charging points or tea/coffee makers, and reaching rooms requires juggling multiple keys. Breakfast options were bare-bones without a hot meal in the winter, pretty disappointing. The structure allows for daytime noise as cleaning begins around 9 AM, and the WiFi struggled to stay connected .

Ideal for a single person. Bus ride 1.50€ into town centre, 20 mins. Only 10 mins from airport by car. Excellent food. Very clean.

Well-equipped and impeccably clean rooms with functional bathrooms. Satisfactory breakfasts with good coffee and freshly baked pastries, for example.

The looks from outside! the reception and the restaurant are nice!
Rooms are a little dissapointing! Breakfast is very poor in choices! Confort is not what describes this villa!

Quaint hotel, functional rooms, bravo!
Honestly no complains at all. Best staff, fantastic services, and magnificent location adjacent to public transport, city center, and the concrete jungle. Great food in the restaurant, good breakfast with warm pastries and good coffee, for instance...

The huge, clean room was perfect for our family, and the amazing pizza restaurant right outside was a delightful bonus! Only issue was the noise from the highway at night.

The Hotel has considerable grounds, and there is a sense of being a little in the country.
This is a hotel outside of the city, and given there is a great bus directly into Bologna from the airport, so for even for a one night stay the blq bus offers convenience to the city. Moreover the checkout is 10.30 am and hence leaving ones bag at the hotel, and coming back for it would be very inconvenient. The 10.30 am check out really is unusual for a hotel.

a hidden gem with minor navigation issues
The sprawling hotel features fine gardens that reflect a love for nature. The staff were really good, remaining patient and helpful despite the busy atmosphere. I was impressed by the overall ambiance and the attention to detail in the landscaping. Another guest highlighted the warmth of the staff, which contributed to a cute atmosphere .
It was easy to get lost in the dark due to the layout.
